About the Workshop

Ready to take your teaching to the next level? This four-day course gives you the skills, confidence and certification to deliver engaging, effective Dynamic Reformer classes.

Combining expert-led masterclasses, hands-on practical learning, and real teaching experience, this course is built to take you from foundational technique to confident, qualified instructor, not just qualified on paper, but ready to teach.

Across the four Fridays, you’ll build your skills through two Dynamic Reformer masterclasses, a recap session, and structured practical assessments, supported by a straightforward open-book theory paper and flexible assessment options to suit you.

How the Training Works:

  • Day 1 (6th Nov) 5-hour learning day, including your first Dynamic Reformer masterclass
  • Day 2 (13th Nov) 5-hour learning day, including a second Dynamic Reformer masterclass
  • Day 3 (20th Nov) Recap masterclass followed by the start of practical teaching assessments
  • Day 4 (27th Nov) Dedicated assessment day to complete your practical assessment

Assessment:

  • Minimum 20-minute Dynamic Reformer class, demonstrating confident coaching and delivery
  • Completed in person, online via video call, or as a recorded submission
  • Short, open-book multiple-choice theory paper, completed independently or as a group after Day 2

Who Is Teaching This Workshop?

These workshops are led by Gemma Huston of CorebyGemma, a highly experienced Pilates educator specialising in instructor training, mentoring, assessing, workshops, and studio management support.

With over 30 years of industry experience across Los Angeles, Europe, and the UK, Gemma brings a deep understanding of the relationship between physical health, rehabilitation, and intelligent movement. Her inclusive, supportive teaching style makes learning both effective and enjoyable, whether she is guiding beginners or mentoring instructors. Drawing on a wide range of skills and qualifications, Gemma integrates classical Pilates principles with evidence-based rehabilitation to support long-term recovery and strength.
