Classical Flow Workshop

  • Date: Friday 16th October
  • Duration: One Day | 5 Hours
  • Prerequisite: Group Exercise Instructors, Coaches, and/or Pilates Instructors
  • Investment: £300 (no assessment)

About the Workshop

Whether you’re brand new to Reformer or looking to refresh and consolidate your foundations, this workshop is designed to give you a solid, confident grounding in the Classical Reformer method.

A full Comprehensive Qualification can feel like a lot to take in and it’s easy to come away without a truly secure base. This one-day intensive bridges that gap, offering the perfect primer before a comp course or a valuable refresher after one.

It’s equally suited to Dynamic Instructors wanting to deepen their understanding of Classical principles. We’ll break down and simplify the essentials, Core Principles, Footwork, and Short/Long Spine in a clear, accessible way that builds real technique and real confidence.

You’ll leave with:

  • A strong foundational understanding of Classical Reformer principles
  • Clear, simplified breakdowns of key exercises (Footwork, Short & Long Spine)
  • Renewed confidence in your cueing, setup, and delivery
  • A solid base to build on, whether pre- or post-qualification

Who it’s for:

  • New instructors wanting a confident starting point
  • Qualified instructors needing a refresher
  • Dynamic Instructors curious about Classical technique

Location

Little House Pilates Studio, Beaconsfield
