With over 6 years of experience in the Health & fitness sector, initially teaching personal training, Andreea specialises in Cardiac Rehabilitation, strength and conditioning, and nutrition for clinical populations and athletes.
For the past two years, Andreea has been purely dedicated to teaching Reformer Pilates. She combines her clinical expertise with the mindful precision of Pilates to support clients in building strength, improving mobility, and recovering safely from injuries.
