With over six years of experience in the health and fitness sector—initially as a personal trainer—Andreea specialises in Cardiac Rehabilitation, Strength and Conditioning, and Nutrition for both clinical populations and athletes.
For the past two years, she has been dedicated exclusively to teaching Reformer Pilates, combining her clinical expertise with the mindful precision of Pilates to help clients build strength, improve mobility, and recover safely from injuries.
Andreea’s goal is to help every client feel stronger, more confident, and empowered in their bodies—whether working toward recovery, performance, or overall well-being.
