Greg transitioned from the corporate world some years ago. Through his love of sport and fitness, he pursued a career in the health and fitness sector, initially as a personal trainer and then evolving to Reformer Pilates.
Greg is passionate about helping his clients unlock their physical potential. He believes this is essential for gaining more enjoyment and fulfilment in life. Having experienced first-hand how years of poor posture, imbalances, and lower back pain can be corrected by incorporating Reformer Pilates into an exercise routine, he wants to pass this knowledge on through training others.
He also understands the positive impact of pursuing physical fitness on general well-being. Equally, he understands the adverse effects that spending the working week in an office can have on stress levels, posture, and health.
